The Claims Excellence Awards celebrate the very best across the claims sector - the companies, teams and individuals who go above and beyond to support customers in their moment of need. These awards recognise innovation, outstanding service, and the achievements that set new benchmarks for excellence across the industry.
This year brings exciting changes. Not only are we moving to a brand-new venue - The Brewery on Chiswell Street, London - we're also refreshing the format. The awards ceremony will take place over lunchtime, followed by a relaxed drinks reception to continue the celebrations in style.
Entries are now CLOSED for this year’s Claims Excellence Awards. Our expert judging panel will now begin the tough task of reviewing the entries and selecting a shortlist, which will be revealed on Thursday 26th March so stay tuned!

Winners of the 2026 awards will be announced at the lunchtime awards ceremony on 12th June at The Brewery in London. The event presents a fantastic opportunity to host your clients, celebrate your team's hard work, and network with the best of the best UKGI Claims has to offer.
Table booking opens on Thursday 26th March and if you book before 5pm on Thursday 2nd April you'll get a 10% early bird discount on the cost of full tables.
