The winners of this year's Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards were revealed at a glittering ceremony on Thursday 23rd May at the super-chic Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington.
In her opening welcome, Insurance Times Editor, Katie Scott, said: “The claims process beams a spotlight of intense visibility on the insurance ecosystem. These awards are all about showcasing and recognising the products, tools, processes, approaches and people that have made the claims experience and insurance industry shine.” And that’s just what the evening achieved as an amazing 15 trophies celebrating the best of the best were handed out by our host, Zoe Lyons.
